Preheat a pan to medium high. Mix the pork, spices, ½ the scallions, and the panko in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Form into 1-inch-thick balls and flatten into tiny sliders.
Brush the pan with vegetable oil. Grill the patties until browned and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
For the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, rice vinegar, mango, cabbage, carrot, and the remaining green onion. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
To Serve
Add the cabbage on the bottom part of the roll, place a patty on top and top with other half of the roll.
