Meatballs
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 yellow onion minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Meatloaf Glaze
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Mashed Potatoes
- 2 russet potato peeled and diced
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt divided
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper divided
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
Making the Mashed Potatoes
- Peel potatoes and cut them into large pieces, place in a pot with water and cover with lid. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Making the Meatballs
- In a large bowl mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Roll mixture into meatballs and place onto a baking sheet.
- In an oiled nonstick heated to medium heat, cook meatballs on all sides until fully cooked through.
Finishing the Mashed Potatoes
- Drain potatoes, mash with milk, butter, and the remaining salt and pepper. Serve with meat mixture.
Making the Glaze and Finishing the Meatballs
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Once meatballs are cooked, turn the heat down to low and add in the glaze making sure that all the meatballs are coated.
