Ingredients
For the Chicken

For the Tzatziki

Cucumber
finely chopped

Greek yogurt

lemon juice

To Assemble

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
For the Chicken
In a bowl, toss together all the chicken ingredients. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
When ready, place on the sheet pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
For the Tzatziki
Once the cucumber is cut, place on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and dill.
To Assemble
Spread some tzatziki sauce on the pitas and then stuff with chicken, romaine, and onion. Drizzle with more tzatziki and enjoy!
